333y Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 333y, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms. This agreement is between you — the registered account holder — and 333y as the platform operator. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement.

Using 333y after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. We will notify registered members of material changes by email where possible.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 333y you must:

• Be an individual registering on your own behalf — corporate or group accounts are not permitted.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. False or misleading information results in immediate account suspension.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 333y employee in a role with access to platform operations.

333y reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3Your Account

Each person is permitted to hold one active account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another name, or using another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 333y is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials. Account balances are held in PKR. Your account balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest. Funds held in your account are available for use on the platform and for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

4Deposits

333y accepts deposits through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, bank cards, and supported mobile wallets. All deposit amounts are denominated in PKR. The minimum deposit is PKR 200 for most payment methods.

Deposits are credited to your account after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Near-instant on confirmation
• Raast: Within a few minutes during banking hours
• Bank Transfer: 1–2 business days depending on your bank

333y does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and may trigger an account review.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified standard accounts. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, or to the account holder's verified payment details.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Your account must be KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for most methods.
• Maximum single withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account cashier. VIP members have elevated limits.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your name will be declined.

333y does not apply withdrawal fees on its side. Bank or wallet provider fees, if any, are applied by the provider and are outside 333y's control.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses offered by 333y — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and VIP promotions — are subject to specific terms stated on the promotion page at the time of the offer. General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering is not completed within the stated period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• One bonus per player: Unless specifically stated, promotions are limited to one claim per household, device, and payment method.

7Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on 333y — Slots, Live Casino, Bingo, and Sports Betting — operate under their respective game rules. For Live Casino, the rules of each game (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, etc.) are displayed within the game interface. For Sports Betting, settlement is based on official results from the relevant sporting body.

Key betting rules:

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical error during gameplay, 333y reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund stakes to the player's account balance.
• For Sports Betting, if an event is abandoned or postponed beyond a specified window, bets will be settled according to the applicable sports rules stated in the betting terms at the time of the event.
• Obvious pricing errors — including sports odds that are clearly incorrect — will be voided. 333y will refund stakes on voided bets.
• Maximum payout limits apply per single bet and per 24-hour period. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting section.

8Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

333y is committed to a fair playing environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances without refund:

• Operating or using more than one account
• Using automated bots, software scripts, or any programme to manipulate gameplay or exploit platform mechanics
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from known errors will be voided
• Depositing funds from fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods
• Any form of money laundering or use of 333y for any illegal financial purpose

9Platform Availability

333y aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, and unexpected technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. 333y will not be held liable for losses claimed to result from platform downtime, provided bets already placed are settled correctly once service resumes.

Live Casino and Sports Betting availability depends on third-party providers and event schedules. Some game titles or markets may be unavailable from time to time due to provider maintenance or event-specific restrictions.

10Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting live support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be settled and the account balance paid out to your verified payment method. Closed accounts can be reopened on request — unless the closure was initiated by 333y for a Terms violation, in which case closure is permanent.

333y may close or suspend accounts that:

• Breach these Terms in any material way
• Fail KYC verification or provide false documentation
• Have been inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy applies — dormant account fees may apply after notification)
• Show activity consistent with underage use

Where an account is closed by 333y for Terms breach, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Legitimate winnings prior to the breach will be assessed individually.

11Responsible Gaming

333y provides the following self-management tools accessible directly from your account settings without requiring support assistance:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
• Loss limits — caps on net losses over a defined period
• Session time reminders — alerts after a set number of consecutive play hours
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform; once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the set period expires
